f163bfba4e If the argument to REINDEX is EXPRESSIONS (with no schema prefix) then it 
updates both expression indexes, and any indexes named "expressions" or
all indexes of any tables name "expressions".

93fd5420d0 In the authorizer, use SQLITE_DROP_INDEX, not SQLITE_DROP_TEMP_INDEX

175b8f06f7 Remove support for STAT3. The sqlite_stat3 tables are ignored, if they 
exist.  STAT4 continues to work as it always has, and as it is a superset of
STAT3 is the recommended replacement.

32c6a48b5e Add support for the extra parameter on the sqlite3_set_authorizer() callback 
and support for failing an ATTACH with an authentication-required database
using bad credentials.  The extension is now feature complete, but much
testing and bug-fixing remains.

8ad169abb4 If ENABLE_STAT3 is defined but ENABLE_STAT4 is not, have ANALYZE create and populate the sqlite_stat3 table instead of sqlite_stat4.

2722898c6c Make sure the authorizer callback gets a valid pointer to "ROWID" for the 
column-name parameter when doing an UPDATE that changes the rowid.

0097eb3942 Fix the ATTACH command so that the filename argument can be any expression 
and so that if authorizer callback gets a NULL pointer for the filename

f93d99990c Do not attempt to omit unused columns of a view in an instead-of trigger 
since sometimes those columns can be used in ways that we do not expect.
