Subject: [PATCH] doc: add 2024.1 to the OSS vs. Enterprise matrix

This commit adds the information that
ScyllaDB Enterprise 2024.1 is based
on ScyllaDB Open Source 5.4
to the OSS vs. Enterprise matrix.
